Let’s Get Started

Thank you for choosing DaTerra Cucina Vesuvio Ceramic-Coated Nonstick Cookware. You have selected an innovative Italian product that we hope will inspire your cooking. Your pan’s unique design uses a non-stick ceramic coating that is non-toxic and requires little oil to cook, keeping your favorite dishes light and healthy.

 Care & Cleaning

Follow these simple tips to extend the life of your Vesuvio Ceramic Pan.

You Should:
Use only wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils.
Hand-wash your pan with a good grease-cutting dish soap and non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
‣ Preheat pan before adding oil.
‣ Use oil or liquid to help prevent food from sticking.
‣ Allow your pan to cool before washing.
‣ Use caution when handling hot pans and lids, both on the stove top and in the oven.

You Should Not:
Use metal or sharp utensils.
Use your stovetop cookware with cool-touch silicon in ovens that are over 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Use silicone-free bakeware in ovens that are over 600 degrees Fahrenheit
Use metal knives or whisks.

Our Recommendation

The coating of your Vesuvio Ceramic Cookware is scratch-resistant. We recommend using only wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils to extend its life.

While the pan is dishwasher safe with liquid detergent, we recommend handwashing to keep it looking and working its best.

Always remove all oils using a grease-cutting dish soap between each use to keep them from building up and causing sticking.
