Good sturdy pan for baking

I love this pan!. It was more than what I generally spend for cookware, but it is worth it. Though it is not a Teflon pan, it has a non-stick coating which means it's super easy to clean. I have cooked bacon, rice, and sausage in my new bakeware so far. I am counting on using it many times in the near future and for a long time to come. In addition I am eyeing other cooking pans made by this vendor. I am saving my coins now.

The non-stick ceramic coating lasted for 3.5 years

I love this ceramic coated roasting pan. I bought my first one in November 2021. The non-stick ceramic coating lasted 3.5 years using it 2-3 times per week. I did not handwash it but put it in the dishwasher. Fortunately, the coating did not come off like other non-stick pans, but as this last year went by, it became more and more difficult to clean, even after soaking overnight! So, I have purchased the exact same pan again because I cannot live without it!

This pan is sturdy and scratch-resistant. Will not break if I drop it on my tile flooring like my glass casserole dishes. Very well made. I will enjoy this for decades.
