Professional Fry Pan - 13″

Our second one, have the whole set, plus wok. Worth the money.

This is a great pan. Be sure to follow the directions on cooking on low heat only. If you burn oil in pan, it will lose it's non stick effectiveness.

I haven't used it much because I want to save it for when I make homemade tortillas or pancakes and that kind of thing. I have used it a couple of times when I made lentil tortillas (soaked and ground lentils/blended into pancake-like batter) and the pan worked perfectly.

It was soooooooo nice after battling other supposedly nonstick pans in the healthy category.

Been using this pan almost daily for over a month and it is amazing and totally worth it! Pan cooks evenly and cleans off with a simple wipe...no scrubbing required. Just follow the directions in the package and enjoy! Only downside is YOU CANNOT PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER.

Don't use those synthetic tephlon coatings anymore. They will always scratch and fail and can release dangerous chemicals into your food.

Pro's:
Good size for most food prep
Non-stick surface holds up well
Clear directions on best use/cleaning

Con's:
Like all non-stick cookware, it's not dishwasher safe.

We originally ordered the 11" and liked it so much we purchased the 13".
The odd recipe requires a little bit of oil to prevent sticking but most of the time it doesn't need any at all. It cleans up so easily. The heat distribution is perfect. The customer service is outstanding and responsive.
This will be our new go-to for wedding gifts.
