These are my ONLY cookie sheets that I have now. I have tossed all the others out. These bake cookies evenly, they SLIDE off the sheet without any ever sticking. I love all their pans and I have emptied my pantry of all other cookware and I ONLY have DaTerra - waiting for them to make muffin pans. Even my son loves these pans and I may get him some for Christmas. I forgot to mention how EASY they are to clean. Food does NOT stick on any of the pans. LOVE THEM!!

Theses are my absolute favorite pans. Both fit in a standard sized oven side by side. Nothing sticks to these….i mean nothing! I use these to roast tomatoes prior to canning, reheating pizza back to that perfect texture, cookies, rolls, etc. I love that they are a naturally nonstick. I have had them a good while and they still look brand new. I would buy these again and again. Worth every penny!

Very easy to clean by hand. I use avocado oil on the inside bottom and sides. Clean using a sponge with hot water and Dawn soap. I can cook in the oven at 400 degrees. I have both the low side and high side pans.

My only regret about writing this review is I can only give it 5 stars. The pans are fantastic and deserve at least 10 stars. I've been cooking at least 60 of my 70 years, and these pans are perfect for my needs. I eat mostly plant-based foods with no oil. The non-stick ceramic coating ensures my food is cooked to perfection while maintaining the health benefits. Yay!
