I needed to replace my 2.6 / 3Qt Pan Lid and couldn't find it anywhere. I went directly to the DaTerra website, and it indicated item was out of stock. I contacted customer service to ask if I could be notified when the item was back in stock. The response was quick and then came an additional email that they had checked the warehouse and found a few. They updated the website, and I was able to order that afternoon! Great customer service!!!
